Senior Compensation Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership and expertise in compensation topics, guiding HR groups and business leaders
Lead global job architecture initiatives and manage compensation benchmarking across regions
Develop and oversee global total rewards programs and ensure compliance with compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation program management, preferably in a global or public company
Strong experience in designing job architecture and salary structures across multiple countries
Proven experience with executive compensation programs and regulatory reporting
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday Compensation Modules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
