Senior Customer Service Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the customer service team and ensure adherence to processes and standards
Identify and resolve root cause issues in referral processes to enhance overall efficiency
Manage referral processing activities, ensuring compliance with standards and timely responses
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Three (3) years of customer service experience in HME, with management experience required
Two (2) years of management experience in HME required
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage fluctuating work levels
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
