Senior Cybersecurity Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead its Security Operations Center (SOC) and oversee cybersecurity service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for establishing a robust Security Operations Center Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of SOC infrastructure Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of SOC analysts and cybersecurity professionals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years or more experience; Master's degree and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and fifteen (15) years or more experience Proven experience leading and managing a 24x7 SOC operation Proven experience with hands-on participation in threat hunting on either red and/or blue teams Proven experience with SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and SPLUNK GSOC, GSOM, or C|SA or similar security certification preferred
