A company is looking for a Senior Director, Customer Learning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global customer learning strategy to enhance customer adoption and retention
Design and implement scalable learning programs that meet the diverse needs of the customer base
Establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of customer learning initiatives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in customer learning or training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proficiency in developing omni-channel customer learning strategies
Experience in evaluating and implementing learning technologies, including LMS and LXP
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
