Senior Manager of People Programs
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive priority initiatives for the Chief People Officer and people leadership team from ideation to execution
Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity within the global people organization
Build and run a Project Management Office (PMO) function to oversee high-priority initiatives and ensure timely execution
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or high-impact project management roles
Experience working across multiple time zones, particularly between the US and India
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions
Proficiency with Google Suite applications and Slack
Experience in HR programs and high-growth startups or consulting environments is preferred
