A company is looking for a Senior Manager, DTC Supply Chain Operations. Key Responsibilities: Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy to ensure product availability and cost efficiency Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs Monitor and report on key operational metrics related to inventory health and fulfillment costs Qualifications: 8+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing roles, preferably in DTC or eCommerce Proven experience managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment processes Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and modeling costs Project management experience and comfort with vendor timelines and system rollouts Experience managing a small team or cross-functional contributors is preferred
