Senior Product Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, configure, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems associated with enterprise software products
Provide technical guidance and support to peers and junior resources while taking ownership of customer issues
Collaborate with technical architects and internal teams on escalated support issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System or Application Support Engineer
5+ years of experience as an application or system administrator in a collaborative role
B.E/B.Tech or MCA, or a comparable discipline
Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
Knowledge of Atlassian products is highly desirable
