Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure strong productivity and retention
Enhance HR services including payroll, benefits, and compliance to support growth
Oversee HR technology and ensure compliance with employment and labor regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
Three or more years of experience as the top HR Operations leader in a mid to large-cap company with over 500 employees
Ten or more years of experience in people-related leadership roles, preferably in professional services or healthcare
Proven track record in overseeing HR functions and using data-driven techniques
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in complex organizational environments
