Key Responsibilities
Deliver industry best practice guidance and lead process change aspects of project delivery
Collaborate with clients to define CSM business process solutions and identify improvement opportunities
Build and manage relationships with client stakeholders to enhance solution adoption and organizational readiness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of consulting experience in CSM-related process and platform implementation
5+ years of experience in process definition, mapping, and continuous improvement
3+ years' experience with the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM Fundamentals Certifications
Extensive experience in process management competencies
