Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on ServiceNow design and development expertise for consulting initiatives Configure and develop enhancements on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and ITOM modules Migrate data and processes from legacy tools to ServiceNow and set up integrations with various systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 years of Service Now design and development experience ITIL v3 certification and Service Now certifications (System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP) and large-scale applications At least two full lifecycle Service Now implementations as a lead consultant
