Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Responsible Gaming operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and best practices
Manage a team of leaders responsible for approximately 30 Responsible Gaming team members
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the player-centric Responsible Gaming experience
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in leading call center operations, preferably in escalations or investigations
Deep understanding of Responsible Gaming principles and compliance
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations
Experience in workforce management, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Familiarity with regulatory changes and industry trends related to Responsible Gaming
