Key Responsibilities Owns and manages the talent review strategy and timeline, facilitating talent reviews and follow-up actions Consults on leadership development and manages goals setting and performance reviews aligned with enterprise deliverables Develops plans to support DEI strategy and facilitates team effectiveness initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience leading talent initiatives and organizational effectiveness/design 2+ years of project management and leadership experience managing multiple complex projects Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment and collaborate across teams Successful track record in leading organization design and business transformations
