Texas Licensed Program Therapist

A company is looking for a Program Therapist in Texas. Key Responsibilities: Deliver remote care throughout a short-term outcome and evidence-based program Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and document session notes Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters with elevated safety concerns Required Qualifications: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out if applicable
