UX/UI Research Manager

A company is looking for a UX/UI Research Manager. Key Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate research topics for product design effectiveness Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies Conduct usability studies and analyze data to improve design and test prototypes Required Qualifications Four or more years of solid UX research experience with 6-8 years overall in research or UX Experience in conducting user testing research as part of UX/UI design evolution Proven expertise in collaborating with UX/UI design teams on digital experience roadmaps Graduate degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Design, or Psychology Very good understanding of the MR project lifecycle from problem definition to presentation delivery
