Vice President of Broker Relations
A company is looking for a Vice President, Consultant and Broker Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Consultant & Broker Relations Go To Market (GTM) strategy to drive market growth
Manage a team of Regional CBR Directors focused on client retention, new bookings, and market influence
Build strategic relationships with national consultancies and local brokers to enhance understanding of solutions
Required Qualifications
10-20+ years of experience in Digital Health, TPA, and/or employee benefit consulting
10+ years of experience working with brokers and consultants, demonstrating relationship-building and revenue growth
5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams
Deep knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, and broker dynamics
Familiarity with CRM and consultant/broker resource tools (e.g., Salesforce)
