Website Support Consultant
A company is looking for a Website Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Edit websites based on customer and internal team requests, ensuring accurate implementation of changes
Manage and resolve support requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot site and DNS issues reported by customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of two years of experience in a customer support role
Working knowledge of backend website functionality
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
Familiarity with DNS management, including setup and transfer
