A company is looking for a L1/L2 Support Engineer (English and Italian). Key Responsibilities Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Provide timely resolution of technical issues and establish remote sessions for troubleshooting Maintain client systems and prepare documentation for new features Required Qualifications Fluent in English at an Intermediate+ (B2) level or higher Fluent in Italian at an Intermediate+ (B2) level or higher No prior IT experience required, internal training provided Proactive attitude with a strong sense of empathy towards customers Optional: 0.5+ years of experience in technical/application support or QA/Tester experience is a plus
