Benefits Advisor
A company is looking for a Benefits Advisor to manage and optimize employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administration and evaluation of employee benefits offerings
Ensure compliance with regulations and lead annual open enrollment processes
Consult with department managers and vendors regarding complex benefits situations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
5 or more years of experience in employee benefits administration
Preferred certifications include CEBS or SHRM-SCP
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
