Category Manager for Merchandise

A company is looking for a Merchandise, Gifting & Promotional Goods Category Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategies, manage sourcing processes, and optimize vendor relationships Lead SKU management initiatives and collaborate with departments to ensure product alignment with branding standards Analyze spending trends and implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance procurement efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations Experience in RFP management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluation Strong analytical skills with experience using procurement systems such as Coupa or SAP Ariba Preferred: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
