Deposit Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Deposit Support Specialist who will provide onboarding and customer support for faith-based banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients with new and renewed deposit accounts, including account approval or denial
Assist clients with online and mobile banking inquiries and account servicing needs
Handle incoming requests related to deposit products and services while documenting actions in the lead management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of previous banking experience required
Experience with Fiserv banking applications preferred
Ability to manage highly confidential information
Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe
