Desktop Engineer IV
A company is looking for a Desktop Engineer IV responsible for the design, architecture, and maintenance of workstation management technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support projects, planning, maintenance, and operations while optimizing desktop and mobile systems
Collaborate with leadership and teams to develop improvement plans and project schedules for service delivery
Serve as a senior resource and mentor, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and established metrics
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree and/or 7+ years of experience in Information Technology with increasing responsibility
Proficiency in multiple domains such as MECM, Intune, Jamf, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy
Experience with automation software and scripting in languages like PowerShell and Bash
Demonstrated consulting, presentation, training, and project management skills
Certifications in the area of expertise are preferred
