Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategic vision for Project Controls within the organization Drive business development efforts and establish standardized best practices for project controls Provide leadership and mentorship to project controls professionals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred 20+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost management in large-scale construction projects Strong business development experience with a proven track record in client relationship management Expertise in cost control, risk management, and project performance analytics PMP, CCP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
