A company is looking for an Enablement Manager, Partner Learning & Content Experience. Key Responsibilities Enhance content governance and organization by developing standards and evaluating internal assets for partner use Improve learning experience design by defining content organization strategies and enhancing content findability Analyze content performance and provide platform support to ensure effective content publishing and user access Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content management, learning experience design, or enablement Solid understanding of content governance best practices within LMS, CMS, or partner enablement platforms Experience with partner education programs and content engagement strategies Proficiency in Seismic, Docebo, or similar LMS and CMS tools Basic knowledge of metadata, tagging, and content search optimization techniques
