A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative. Key Responsibilities Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and verifying coverage Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates and negotiates claims Responds to inquiries from policyholders and maintains knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience, or equivalent educational experience Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance and Introduction to Claims preferred Ability to obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframes
