IT Helpdesk Support Specialist
A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist-Contract (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide front line technical support to end-users through various communication channels
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system
Assist with user account management and provide training on IT systems and applications
Required Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
Experience with user account management (e.g., Active Directory, Google Workspace)
Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role is a plus
