Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global team to support merchants during their initial onboarding period
Craft tailored solutions and conduct product demonstrations to drive technical wins
Enhance team efficiency through automation and process improvements for merchant implementation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in a Senior Manager or Director-level role with experience in managing leaders
At least 5 years in both implementation and sales engineering functions with technical knowledge of e-commerce integrations
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience in leveraging analytics for strategy and efficiency improvements
Technical proficiency with ERP systems, APIs, and various e-commerce tools
