Licensed Broker Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Broker Channel Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale processes for a high volume of broker channel accounts
Facilitate smooth customer transitions from Sales/Implementation and inspire confidence in products and services
Serve as the relationship lead, presenting plan data, organizing Quarterly Business Reviews, and owning the annual renewal process
Required Qualifications
4+ years of work experience, preferably in a fast-growth company in the health or benefits space
Licensed broker or willingness to obtain a broker license within 1 year of employment
Values-oriented with a passion for improving the healthcare system
Strong team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable with modern web applications and adapting to change in a startup environment
