Key Responsibilities Manage the design process from planning to construction documentation Track project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables Coordinate design activities with various internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) preferred or significant experience may substitute Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred Strong understanding of construction principles and practices 7+ years of experience in design project management
