A company is looking for a Life Insurance Customer Service Representative to support inbound customer service calls. Key Responsibilities Handle 25 to 40 calls per day Respond to inbound customer calls regarding account resets, unlocking accounts, and product-related questions Update the CRM system and perform data entry Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of life insurance or annuity customer service experience Proficiency in Salesforce Experience with RingCentral, Slack, and Google Suites (preferred) Experience with Strike or Adyen payment systems
