Marketing Programs Manager
A company is looking for a LMS Marketing Programs Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that drive revenue through direct sales
Manage multi-channel marketing programs, including email campaigns and content creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build pipeline and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing programs, preferably for associations
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred
Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Hubspot) systems
Direct experience in managing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Strong project management skills for managing schedules and deadlines
