A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Specialist I. Key Responsibilities: Liaise for gathering information for loan submission and ensure accuracy for Closing Disclosure Issuance Manage communication with all parties involved in the closing process to ensure a seamless experience Review files for compliance with State and Federal guidelines and follow up on necessary documentation Required Qualifications: Associates degree plus a minimum of 1-year prior business experience or 1-year combined Closing and customer service experience In lieu of a degree, a combined 3-year higher education and/or work experience with relevant experience is acceptable Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to new policies in a fast-paced environment Versatility and flexibility to function within time constraints
