Principal Contracts Operations
A company is looking for a Principal, Contracts Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership in operations, training, policy, and Contract Lifecycle Management System implementation
Identify and implement strategic process improvements for proposal reviews, change management, and contract linkages
Develop training objectives to enhance employee competencies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience is acceptable
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management and proposal development
Demonstrated expertise in Government contracting and knowledge of related legal and regulatory requirements
Proficient in MS Office
