Remote Life and Health Actuary

A company is looking for an Actuary - Life/Health to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Act as a senior peer reviewer for financial modeling related to life insurance, disability, and leave of absence Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data accuracy and manage project deadlines Analyze financial reports and develop new financial reporting tools to improve analysis standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or a Finance-related field; Master's degree is a plus Minimum credentials: ASA; MAAA or plans to become an FSA is a plus 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee group life and disability benefits Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx, Microsoft VBA, and SQL is preferred Strong financial and analytical skills with demonstrated leadership abilities
