RIS Product Specialist

A company is looking for a RIS Product Specialist. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, document, and support customer solutions and business applications infrastructure Provide customer support and training, and perform pre-sales evaluations of customer needs Coordinate with project managers and maintain a culture of root cause analysis and constant improvement Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, hypervisor/containerization technology, and MSSQL 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Radiology or Healthcare IT Experience with public cloud environments and familiarity with healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM) Knowledge of scripting, data serialization, and relational database languages Strong troubleshooting skills and professional communication abilities
