A company is looking for a Senior Controller to lead and scale its financial operations. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and mentor the finance team while ensuring operational excellence Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Collaborate on strategic projects and provide financial insights to support company growth and profitability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required CPA is strongly preferred; MBA is a plus 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles Expertise in GAAP accounting and financial reporting High proficiency with QuickBooks and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
