A company is looking for a Public Company Senior Paralegal & North America Co-Regional Governance Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Oversee governance for North America subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local laws and governance documents Prepare and manage regulatory filings, including Section 16 filings and Board documents Coordinate with internal stakeholders on M&A transactions and maintain entity data in management software Required Qualifications Paralegal certification/degree in the US with corporate governance and transactional experience Bachelor's degree required A minimum of 10 years' experience in a law firm or multi-national company Section 16 filing experience, including use of filer software Knowledge and experience using entity management software
