A company is looking for a Senior Policy and Planning Specialist (Bureau of Land Management). Key Responsibilities Advocate for policies to protect and restore wildlife habitat and hold federal agencies accountable Engage in federal land management planning processes and develop strategies to sustain biodiversity Coordinate with various departments to develop positions on legislative proposals affecting federal lands Required Qualifications Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.) degree or equivalent; JDs encouraged to apply 8 years of relevant experience; 3 years supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations related to land management Experience in public planning and natural resource management Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate across organizational boundaries
