A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Housing and Cities. Key Responsibilities Lead policy research and advocacy efforts to promote housing abundance and zoning reform Develop strategies for communication and coalition-building to support housing policy reforms Engage with diverse stakeholders and produce written materials such as articles and policy memos Required Qualifications At least six years of professional experience in policy development, research, or strategy development Demonstrated expertise in housing policy and zoning reform Experience in working with government or related sectors is preferred Advanced experience with GIS, real estate development economics, or demographic analysis is a plus Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional work
