Technical Help Desk Supervisor
A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Supervisor (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of help desk staff training procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while identifying trends and root causes
Analyze reporting to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Current CCNA certification
Bachelor's degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience
Minimum 5+ years of call center leadership experience
Strong technical understanding of modems, routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and DHCP
