Temporary Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Temporary Compensation Analyst for a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Review long-term incentive compensation plan data from surveys
Analyze company proxy statements and plan documents related to long-term incentives
Communicate with clients to resolve data discrepancies and update information in a database
Qualifications:
Strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or compensation-related work

Proficiency in mathematics and long-term incentive data analysis is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong PC skills, particularly in database management
