A company is looking for a Lead Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician. Key Responsibilities: Assist in directing mobile engineering services and maintenance of assigned buildings Prepare operations and mechanical reports, and manage staffing schedules and timekeeping Maintain and operate HVAC equipment, coordinate purchasing, and respond to emergencies Required Qualifications: Universal EPA 608 Certification Minimum of six years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering Valid state driver's license Excellent knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders
