Virginia Licensed Network Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Network Engineer who will design, analyze, plan, and modify network components to support customer communication implementation activities. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for the enterprise network, ensuring performance and health monitoring Respond to major incident escalations and serve as a liaison with various infrastructure teams Manage network solutions and vendor relationships while overseeing budget and technology improvements Required Qualifications BS/BA in a technical or scientific field, or 8+ years of related experience 5+ years of experience in architecting and supporting large-scale cloud network infrastructure Network engineering certification such as CCNA through CCNP or equivalent 8+ years of Layer 2/Layer 3 network architectural design and engineering experience Experience with MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and Cisco networking equipment
