Client Service Delivery Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Client Service Delivery team, ensuring operational support and high client satisfaction
Develop business plans and implement policies to support business objectives and improve service delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for credit unions, managing relationships and resolving operational issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Eight years of experience in the financial services industry with payment card products and client relations
Three years of management or leadership experience in the financial services sector
Thorough knowledge of operational processing is required
Understanding of project management best practices and six sigma methodologies is preferred
