A company is looking for a Coder II. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures for coding Apply ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 guidelines to assign and sequence diagnostic and procedural codes Maintain current knowledge of coding updates and assist with charge corrections as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in surgical coding and multi-specialty Experience with EPIC is required CPC Certification is mandatory Knowledge of anatomy and clinical disease processes Familiarity with government and commercial payer reimbursement guidelines
