A company is looking for an Electronic Warfare Systems Architect/Technical Lead. Key Responsibilities Decompose user requirements into incremental capabilities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and engineers Lead software architecture design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with program requirements Develop and maintain system software for electronic warfare applications and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience or equivalent 10-15+ years of experience in rapid prototyping and driving the technical direction of software programs Strong software architecture, design, and development experience, particularly in Java, C/C++, and Python Knowledge of Army and Joint EW doctrine and experience with electronic warfare, radar, or communication systems Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a geographically separated team
