Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ Engagement Specialists to achieve performance targets
Ensure the functionality of call center and CRM platforms, addressing operational challenges
Drive team performance metrics and support business objectives through data analysis
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a call center or engagement team
Expertise with call center platforms and CRM software, preferably Five9 and Zoho
Proven ability to optimize processes and drive system efficiencies
Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in team management
Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
