Key Responsibilities Analyze credit, income, assets, purchase contracts, appraisals, title reports, and other loan documentation to determine acceptability Review and clear loan conditions within departmental timeframes and according to company guidelines Collaborate with Doc/Funders and Processing teams to maintain efficient workflow and loan quality Required Qualifications 3+ years of overall residential mortgage experience, preferably in Underwriting Ability to examine loan documentation for accuracy and completeness Familiarity with fraud detection techniques Experience with Encompass is required FHA and VA experience is a plus
