Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of quantitative and qualitative research projects, from design to report delivery
Translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through visual and story-driven reports
Build and maintain client relationships while troubleshooting project issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in consumer insights or research roles, preferably in technology
B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Proficient in data analysis techniques and software, including statistical packages like SPSS or Q
Strong client relationship management skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
