Key Responsibilities Manage and perform infrastructure administration, networking, and security team functions Lead the IT department by establishing standards, policies, and guidelines for infrastructure Oversee compliance and data security programs using Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, focusing on network security and systems 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration Advanced knowledge of VMWare and understanding of SLA's or KPI's Familiarity with AWS, Container initiatives, Ansible, and cloud pipelines
