Service Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a Service Implementation Specialist. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Operator and Supplier Administration and Regulatory Compliance for messaging services for US and Canadian clients Communicate with stakeholders to detail requirements, changes, and service modifications Manage client/campaign certifications with wireless carriers for compliance and functionality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent IT work experience and training preferred 1 - 3 years of experience in the telephony or IT services industry preferred Exposure to SMS business applications and terminology is a plus Basic knowledge of wireless carrier processing processes is preferred Experience with web-based CRM or Service Desk applications is a strong plus
